Your Eating telephone coaching is often one-on-one, but you can also do the
program with a spouse or a friend or two—you’ll have more support and
you’ll save money, too.Coaching meetings take place on the telephone, once a week, for 16 weeks. Best of all, for the whole 16 weeks, you’ve got me there, “in your corner,” as
issues and questions arise, providing inspiration, guidance, expectation and accountability. What you eat Fresh, whole, nutrient-dense foods, emphasizing raw or “living” plant-based foods (vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds).

What
is normal?
