How it works
Transform Your Eating telephone coaching is often one-on-one, but you can also do the program with a spouse or a friend or two—you’ll have more support and you’ll save money, too.


Coaching meetings take place on the telephone, once a week, for 16 weeks. During that time, you will:

• Discover the absurd deliciousness of fresh, whole foods
• Learn how to make healthy eating fun, easy, quick and convenient
• Alkalize, cleanse, detoxify and deeply rejuvenate your body
• Set and achieve progressive, customized goals
• Discover inspiring wisdom to fuel your new lifestyle

• Transform your attitudes and beliefs around eating
• Work creatively with menu plans

What it costs:
I charge $240 per month for the basic four month Transform Your Eating program. That includes:

• Weekly telephone coaching sessions
• A program customized to your unique needs and lifestyle
• Inspiring, cutting-edge wisdom
• Road-tested hints, tips and tricks of the trade
• The resources you need in the moment—articles, links, information 

Best of all, for the whole 16 weeks, you’ve got me there, “in your corner,” as issues and questions arise, providing inspiration, guidance, expectation and accountability.
